I did some damage to my tailgate, top rails, and tonneau cover and this team did a fantastic job making my truck look like new again! I worked with Miah and Freddy and they were both excellent with their attention to detail and communication throughout the entire process. They also worked directly with my insurance company during the repairs which made life a lot easier for me. I'm very happy and impressed with their professionalism and care of my Ram! My door handle broke on my 2012 Toyota Camry. I called Kaizen at noon and Alina told me to come in at 2:00 PM for a diagnosis and estimate. She had a team member temporarily glue the handle for free while she coordinated a replacement handle. But good news - a painted door handle was in stock next door so her repair team replaced it within an hour! In the meantime I enjoyed their comfy couch, TV, and Keurig coffee in the waiting area.
As I prepared to leave, I asked Alina what she thought about my front bumper which is loose near the wheel area. She inspected the area and tried to pop it back into place, noticed some clips were broken, then concluded it was probably caused by bumping into a curb and backing up again. She is probably right... I was impressed by her active and skilled assessment. It showed she cared about my problem and took pride in her job. Thank you for a great experience, Alina!

I’ve taken vehicle to this shop before and had excellent service. Took my SUV last month and was returned detailed. It looked brand new. Best shop in town, but this last time my vehicle was returned with unseen issues. I called Jesse and told him that my car had a clicking sound, he said to return to the shop and they would look at it right away. Then later I noticed the car was leaking oil, leaving spots on the ground and had a dent on the oil pan. It’s just time consuming; the back and forth and waiting for parts to get here. I assume when I take my vehicle back all of my issues will be addressed. Jesse is an excellent rep and I’m sure the job will get done. I’ll rate it higher when my vehicle gets fixed.
UPDATE: 5/28/24
It took progressive auto insurance o approve the additional unseen damage to get fixed about 3 days. I received a phone call from George; he said he was taken over and was going to have my vehicle ready the quickest way possible. I received my vehicle the cleanest it’s ever been. Like I promised; I will raise the stars. One thing I want to mention is that there should be more communication from the shop, adjuster and customers.

I had repairs done here after an accident. They were recommended by my insurance company, Progressive. They did a great job on the repair and were able to get my truck back to me quickly. During the process, they kept me updated on the progress. One word of warning though. If you pay with a credit card, they charge 3.5% extra, so you may want to bring cash.
