i had a great experience with jose luis villa from truly nolen, branch 047, chicano center in yuma az . i had been slightly worried about pricing & they worked with me to find plans that suited my needs . from the moment they arrived at my home (i was half asleep) he greeted me & explained throughly exactly what & how the process would be like, i told him about the issues i was concerned about & he explained exactly how the treatment/ follow up appointments would work. so thankful i was able to get my home sprayed / treated all around. as someone who works in customer service, i was very content & glad with the service he provided !!

Jose texted us 25 minutes before he arrived. He explained to me what he was going to do before, during and after service. We feel confident that he and Truly Nolen are going to take care of our pest issues. Wow! It was so nice to get such excellent service. We had gotten a "mouse" that stole my dogs chew toys and made a nest under our stove. Jose was dealt a difficult job of moving a well installed appliance....but, he did it. Found and removed all the mess, and reinstalled my stove!! Wow. After setting the traps, he went further and told me of additional services that I was unaware we're included with my purchase. He completed all work with a smile. I am so pleased. GO JOSE!!!
