I can't thank enough Jose Luis Villa branch 047 from Yuma Az. Since he came to take care of my pest problem I have not seen anymore of them. Also Jose was really informed and let me know step by step what he was applying and what it was for and being helpful and careful to do his job since he did need to go in to tight spaces being extra careful with all our belongings. All I can say is that I am very happy I went with truly Nolen and that Jose took his time to address my problem and I think he went above and beyond to help me with my problem. I will definitely recommend truly Nolen if needed to friends and family in the future.
We called for a termite inspection in Yuma. David came out and did your inspection and gave us information on their programs to keep pest away. He was very polite and informative. As a result, we decided to go with their general pest control Jose Luis villa at branch 047 in Yuma AZ came right out the next day to start the program. He too was informative, polite and timely. It was really nice of him to call to remind me he was on his way.
I’m really late on making this review BUT Truly Nolen Branch 047 was really quick and helpful in response to the bee infestation issue. The pricing was amazing and they instantly came the next day to inspect for a quote! Jose Luis did an amazing job and to this day we haven’t had an issue with any bees. Great communication and great customer support and service, thank you so much!
