My first review was not happy with the company but I was sent a request for review before they even showed up. Since then they have contacted me and answered my questions. We are snowbirds so communication is essential. Good company and happy with the service.

Ron was very helpful and explained every step of the treatment process this past week. Very attentive to small details and informative to people who have never dealt with termites before. We will definitely be utilizing him as well as Yuma Pest in the near future.

Diego did an amazing job! He inspected our property, gave us an honest assessment off what he found & was back that afternoon to treat the whole property! He had a great personality & is very knowledgeable. We're glad we called!

Worker showed up last week, unanounced. I told him I wanted to be notified PRIOR to them coming out. By doing so I can prepare areas to be treated for easier access. Today worked showed up while I was away, no PRIOR, notification. A note was on my doorknob saying he had performed treatment. I cannot verify such treatment was done.

Had termites show up, after a termite inspection done by Steve. Who was able to get Ron out the next day to destroy the little buggers.
Ron was very polite, did his little this is what imma do and got to work.
His work is very clean and organized. Even offered to help me put some stuff back to were they belonged. The offer was declined due to time to super clean and re organize the garage.
100% happy with the speed and work
