We have been with Ram Pest almost 10 years now; ever since we moved from Colorado to Yuma. We have always been pleased with their service, their prices, and especially the courteousness of their employees. They service our home and our rentals every three months and we never see a bug anywhere! There is no odor to the spray and our small indoor pets are perfectly safe.They also inspect once a year for termites and treat if needed. Angel is our “bug guy“ and he does an exceptional job; over and above all expectations. He also explains everything he’s doing and why.

On time every time. They are trustworthy and responsible. I say this because there have been times I have forgotten and I am not home. I have given them my gate code and they have completed the spray, which I appreciate. Super friendly tech's, and always explain everything they are going to do before they do it. I have dogs, so I can always say no to the lawn treatment. Lastly, when you call the office, you always get a live person. I am old, so I appreciate that too. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician phoned when he was 15 to 20 minutes out. He was polite and professional. Super fast service, 10-12 minutes tops to spray around the perimeter and take a peek under the house. But I'm discouraged that the price has increased each visit while the time spent seems to be decreasing.

Good people to work with. For the past 8 years RAM PEST has serviced all our bug problems and have been great. They have been proactive and have defended our home against spiders crickets scorpions and termites. We haven't seen any bugs or spiders inside our home in 8 years. They take the time to answer all our questions and prompt at addressing any issues by coming back out when needed.

Mark was on time, easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Mark left me with some great recommendations and even hand wrote instructions for me to use in the future.
I got all this service on a free warranty call. It was a pleasant experience and I hope I get Mark on my next appointment.
