My wife found a scorpion after coming home late on Thursday night. I’ve known the owner and have used Empire since 2015. Today Robert was the tech that showed up and in the 11 years I’ve used Empire, he was by far the best guy that’s serviced our properties. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. When he was done he knocked on our door and explained again what he did as well as what we should expect. He asked if we had any questions and wished us an amazing weekend. Also on that note, James the owner understood the urgency of getting our house sprayed quickly as we have kids and dogs. Thank you Empire for quick service and having such an amazing tech working for you.

I switched services a few months ago and absolutely am so glad about my decision. The Customer Service is outstanding James the owner goes up and beyond for his clients. I’m kept apprised on their next visit prior to their arrival. I get a reminder which I love, makes it easier to reschedule if I have to. The technician Robert demonstrates superb customer service each and every time. I have absolutely no concerns or worries whatsoever of him in my home. He is so kind to my fur baby and answers all my questions. If you’re on the fence of deciding to switch or not, all I can say it was the best move I Made.
PS. James thank you for your quick response this morning and taking care of the grasshopper issue that was going to take over my yard. You guys are amazing and truly grateful for you and the services You provide.

Been out here twice for a rat problem which I told them rats multiple times on the first visit but all they did was first put these box mouse traps so small they just got pushed aside and second time after being told of probable location they could be coming from they instead tear one big trap in half for use. I don't know why they're being so conservative but this will likely be the 3rd time they have to come out because of their lackadaisical performance. I mean I told the guy I got bit trying to go to the restroom and they still put in minimal effort which lead to another instance of being attacked going into the restroom. Do I gotta go over foaming from the mouth before they actually put effort into solving the problem? I literally can't take a piss in my own home!

I recently had a representative from empire pest control do my biannual pest treatment. The fact that he was very professional and did a great job at my home is just the norm every treatment. What touched me the most was I had knee replacement surgery the day before the service and I was home alone. When he completed the service he came back into my home and asked me if there was anything he could get for me before he left my home. This is a testimonial of the kind of person that empire working for them. Not just a great tech but great people. Thank you so much.
