I switched services a few months ago and absolutely am so glad about my decision. The Customer Service is outstanding James the owner goes up and beyond for his clients. I’m kept apprised on their next visit prior to their arrival. I get a reminder which I love, makes it easier to reschedule if I have to. The technician Robert demonstrates superb customer service each and every time. I have absolutely no concerns or worries whatsoever of him in my home. He is so kind to my fur baby and answers all my questions. If you’re on the fence of deciding to switch or not, all I can say it was the best move I Made.
PS. James thank you for your quick response this morning and taking care of the grasshopper issue that was going to take over my yard. You guys are amazing and truly grateful for you and the services You provide.

I recently had a representative from empire pest control do my biannual pest treatment. The fact that he was very professional and did a great job at my home is just the norm every treatment. What touched me the most was I had knee replacement surgery the day before the service and I was home alone. When he completed the service he came back into my home and asked me if there was anything he could get for me before he left my home. This is a testimonial of the kind of person that empire working for them. Not just a great tech but great people. Thank you so much.

I found a large number of fire ants invading my bathroom and kitchen. It was late at night. I am severely afraid of bugs but I sprayed with store bought insecticide to keep them at bay. I needed help. I filled out 3 online requests for an estimate from local "open 24 hour" businesses as instructed on their website. At 7:30am I decided to call Empire Pest Management. I received an immediate call back and within 30 minutes Tony was at my house doing a thorough walk through. He suggested a plan of action, gave me an estimate and with my ok said he could schedule me for that afternoon. I only received 1 call back from another business at 11:00am. Camden was an hour early and I was very happy to see him. He put me at ease and went right to work. I have not seen any ants since then. These guys are fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone who needs exterminator services!

Empire Pest was fantastic! We had a hive of bees move into the wall of our house. Empire arrived 15 minutes after we called to assess the situation and were able to do the extermination that same evening. Prices were up front and fair and the service was successful, no more bees! Definitely would recommend.
