I want to be clear that my issue is not with the technicians or even necessarily with the inspection itself. The inspection provided photos and information that I can use when seeking additional opinions.
My issue is with the customer service I received from the service advisor. I asked several reasonable questions about my vehicle, including brake measurements, transmission fluid condition, coolant condition, and the rationale behind certain repair recommendations. Rather than receiving clear explanations, I often felt dismissed and was given short, unhelpful responses.
As a customer considering several thousand dollars in repairs, I need to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing my options. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Because of that interaction alone, I chose not to authorize any repairs and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion and any future work. I suspect the company may be losing significant repair business because customers who are prepared to spend money on their vehicles are instead leaving without authorizing work due to poor communication and customer service.
Good customer service builds trust. Trust is what turns an inspection into a long-term customer relationship. Unfortunately, that trust was not established during my visit.

Service good. Costs are not broke down, when they tell you, over the phone, all the other things that you need done. My price when I took it in, $525, when they informed me that I needed to do this and that, and even though I cancelled some of the service I wanted it ended up over $1800. I'm just astounded about these excessive money generating business models.

I was able to get an appointment the next day, they were fast and very informative with their service.

Amazing service! They offer rides back and forth to your house. They let me leave my car there for a few extra days until I could pick it up. 3 year warranty, and everything is working great. My only complaint is they are expensive, but you get what you pay for.
