Great place to call when you need a tow. The dispatcher are very friendly and definitely not ghost you when she say she call you back after she check on the availability of the tow truck drivers. They are crazy busy so expect there will be a wait and sound like tow truck drivers are overwork. My tow truck driver was not in a good mood or lack of sleep but he made it awkward the whole ride. Until we get to my destination and tipped him really good that he willing to open up and talks.

Sherri is the best tow truck dispatcher I've dealt with in years. They're a provider for AAA, and I need to get a tow back to the Phoenix area. She first called me within 5 minutes of request at 10:00, and called at 10:30 to say she'd have a truck to me at 12:30 because she already had two trucks out of town. At 12:10, the driver called to say he'll be here at 12:30.
By far the best AAA towing experience over 10 miles I've had in years.

We had issues with Triple A when we needed a tow from Yuma to San Diego on Feb 28 2025, but we finally got our issue resolved and Scott was wonderful to work with, efficient and courteous and got us back safely. I definitely recommend working with accurate towing. The owner George was also very courteous and friendly and allowed us to wait in his office for hours before Triple A came up with a solution.

Nice clean professional shop. Called for appointment Joe said how soon could I bring it in. Same day inspection for broken air conditioning and oil leaked. Joe called early the next morning with a qoute on the repairs needed. Sounded reasonable so I gave him the okay. Car was completed the next day no surprises 👍

Staff were friendly and efficient. The text feature that directs you to what work needs done and lists by priority and reason with prices was user friendly and a nice touch. Really appreciated the shuttle service! Thanks again!
