I was very satisfied with the repair to my car. Angel did a fantastic job of figuring out what the problem was, fixing it and explaining it to me, including showing me the old part and demonstrating how it reacted under heat. Car has been doing fine for a week now. I had lost power and had lots of warning lights in heavy traffic, which was a bit scary. Infeel.confident now the problem has been solved. I appreciate the extra effort finding the problem.

Brought my car to this shop for a full diagnosis as my vehicle was not starting, turned out to be both batteries needing to be changed out as it's located under passenger seat. Car was given back with very loose passenger seat brought it back an hour later. Car was good for 3 days till it shut off again. Brought it back again for same concern, shop claimed not able to diagnose, referred me to a dealership mechanic shop to then find out the original shop didn't complete a full diagnosis and failed to repair the vehicle the proper way. If you are looking for an honest shop repair avoid this place as much as possible. Will cost you more than an average repair for continuous servicing.

Broke down in Yuma,on my from Carlsbad, Ca. back home to Phoenix area. ( San Tan Valley) Serpentine belt. Tried to fix it myself in the auto parts parking lot, but in the end I just didn't have the tools I needed, nor the motivation. After finding a motel room for the night, I called around to a couple of places, but either didn't like that I had already bought the parts, or were just too busy to get it done in timely manner. Stumbled onto Campbell's, an Tom was will to jump on it right away, and didn't mind using the parts I had already purchased. They got it done in about an hour, and charged what I thought was very reasonable amount. If I lived in town, these guys would be my go to. They had me at a disadvantage but treated me more than fairly. Highly recommend Campbell's auto service
