It sucks to have to give a low rating because my first visit was actually pretty good they changed my water pump about a year and a half ago and it's still good today but my second visit was a bad one I'm out 1500 and something books and my car still not working right
I had noticed my car shaking for a while now when I give it gas so I replaced the coil pack the spark plug wire and the spark plugs thinking that was the problem I also looked at my oil and transmission fluid but nothing fixed it,
I took it to them for a full diagnostic they told me it was my fuel injectors they said they could replace my fuel injectors for 400 bucks even though that seemed really steep to me I was desperate because I needed to be at my new job Monday so I said okay.
I did tell them I needed my car back soon because I started my new job on Monday in California he said no problem he started working on it Friday after I got my car back on same day Friday I noticed it was still shaking all the way home,
I called him and told him about it he said to bring it back but he wouldn't be able to get it done until Monday because they're already closed so as the weekend went by I did look at my car to see if maybe the oil was low or the transmission was low even though I checked it before I took it into him once I lift the hood I did notice right away that my spark plug for one of them was hanging off the coil pack I thought that was weird I thought maybe they did not clip it all the way in I looked at it and noticed that the metal was bent on my brand new spark plug wires and the clips were bent too it wouldn't even go back onto the coil pack and the inside of the coil was scratched up badly now I'm out $400 that I paid them for my fuel injectors plus 1100 and something for the tow truck just so I could get to California so I could start my new job my car still shakes and now I don't have the money to fix anything,
I'm living in the car right now out here in front of a friend's house at least the weather is not that bad right now

RIPPED OFF! They charge me $220 per hour labor rate! To change spark plugs and brake shoes! Was told by one of the guys that they charge everyone else $60 an hour for labor. When I asked questions they don't speak English all of a sudden. THEN, they Left one of the calipers sticking and the brakes dragged.
When I went back they charged me $60 labor raite to replace the caliber. Paid over $1,200 for a $500 job that was done poorly.

To be frank these guys didn't really fix up my car. I mean they solved my belt problems but they killed my battery (got me stopped in an intersection. Not fun) and also knocked out my stereo. Did a number on it. Not happy.

We took our vehicle to get checked because it was rattling and the AC was not working. We paid like $400 to get the ac issue “fixed” and said he needed a part to fix the rattling and to take it back. When we picked up our vehicle it was worse than when we dropped it off. The rattling and the noise was worse and we took it somewhere else. The new shop notified us that everything in the engine was left loose and it was sending air into the engine. The ac also stopped cooling in less than a week. They asked “Where did you take your vehicle because they did not know what they were doing”
