I put off writing this review because I normally just let it go, but this is just sad. So I took my 2014 BMW in a few months ago after the I was assured by the Dan in the office that they work on BMWs and have the required tools and software to get the job done right. I was having them replace my drivers door actuator and redo the PCV lines on the passenger side. Here’s what I ran into…. First issue I ran into while they had my car I stopped by to check on progress and was told that they could not get the drivers door open to replace the actuator. After some discussion they figured out to get the door open, but then they said the actuator didn’t need to be replaced that it was working just intermittently due to something else wrong with the car. I listened and asked them to just replace it anyways since it was already part of my quote. When I received the call to pick up the car because the work was done I was eager to get my car back, but when I went to pick it up they brought the car out and I was told door issues had been repaired and unfortunately the car doors did not work while the tech was trying to show me it was fixed! I was thinking well then what am I paying 2400 for??? After the tech started fooling with the doors he got them or open. I should have known by the dirty footprints on my black leather seats that they were probably using the windows to get in and out of the car. I also noticed at that time that the interior drivers door handle surround was missing! I asked where it was and was told “I don’t know.” I said what do you mean “I don’t know?” It was in the car and installed when you received the car!! The service manager Daniel said he would take care of it and order another one for me, and by this time I wanted out of this nightmare. I agreed that if he orders me another one that would be fine. How do you lose car parts?? Anyways 2 weeks later I called to find out about my part…. Daniel said he forgot to order it, and assured me he would it ordered that day. Needless to say to this day I still don’t have that part and after looking closer at the car I’ve found Torx bolts that are not even tightened I can loosen them with my fingers. I will not be going anywhere near this shop again no matter what and I suggest you think twice about using their service that “pride” themselves on. I love to support local businesses and I own a local business myself, but what a disaster and disappointment! My car now has to be hauled to Scottsdale for an actual repair.

My AC went out 1yr after blower/motor was replaced in a different state. Still under warranty, MANGO worked with the other company to get it replaced without any cost to me. They handled the financial part between the 2 companies when they could have had me pay and get reimbursement from other company. Appreciated their excellent customer service and technical service as well. AC is vital during summer in AZ, it's working well as I write this 5 months after service. It's difficult to find qualified service for my VW Turbo Diesel that I trust. I was so impressed with their high level of Customer Service. While beverages and snacks are offered in the clean comfortable waiting room, they also provide for a Lyft/Uber. For all the above reasons, MANGO is MY service provider. This reminds me, I need to make an appointment for recommended services!
Highest Recommendation given.

Usually when you walk into a repair shop in Yuma you sit in a crowded office space with poorly lit seating area . Mango Automotive & Diesel was brightly lit, very spacious and accommodating.
I really felt welcomed by the attentiveness of Cristal and Daniel. I used my oil and lube coupon and very pleased with savings and only needed one additional quart of oil . Labor charges very reasonable too. During the free inspection of my Toyota 4 Runner it was noted that I had mechanical issues including radiator hoses and issues affecting safe performance of my car etc, etc. I am not mechanical savvy and trusted Mango with needed repair and services performed . I am very pleased with professional services and additional costs paid to make my car safe . Good value for what I paid, great service and explanation of what was needed was thorough. Offered free ride home and upon return at no additional cost.
100% Satisfaction and highly recommended .

I recently had my vehicle serviced here, and I'm genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and great customer service. One of the things I appreciated most was their thorough approach. Even though I came in with an idea of what I thought the issue was, the technicians did a complete inspection of my vehicle. The mechanics clearly know what they're doing. My car runs better than ever. All in all, this was one of the best repair experiences I've had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and customer-focused auto service. I'll definitely be back for future work!

I took my car here for an alignment issue. The cost for an alignment adjustment was just a smidge lower than others around the area with modern equipment and they give you a printout showing measurements before/after. The mechanic even came out and told me about the condition of some lower control arm bushings and helped me understand the alignment measurements. They even did an inspection of the vehicle and identified a few bulbs that were out and a serpentine belt that needed to be replaced. I feel like I can trust them to do quality work and pay a fair price.
