I had no idea what was wrong with my car or where to start and they were super patient, understanding and helpful. Crystal the lady at the front desk walked me through everything and explained it to me in a way I could understand. They are super affordable and have payment plans as well if need be. I had my car looked at and then brought it back so they could slowly start fixing everything that was wrong with it. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!
We can’t say enough GOOD things about Mango. The customer service and their dedication to doing the Right job for our RV was fantastic!! Kim stayed in communication with us and was always willing to help in what was a big and time consuming job!! We live in Idaho but plan to be in Yuma next winter to have a service call with these Outstanding folks! We are that pleased that we will travel to them for work!! THANK YOU MANGO!!
My husband and I were driving back to Phoenix from California with our two toddlers when our car’s A/C went out. It was 116 degrees out, and we were so worried about our kids overheating in the middle of the desert. We found Mango, and they were able to take us right away. Kim and Crystal offered them popsicles, coloring books, and stickers. We were in their lobby for three hours while the car was being repaired, and it was the best experience for two tired parents and two wired kids. Because the mechanics were so thorough in checking our vehicle, we felt comfortable driving the next three hours home. We appreciated their expertise and kindness on a hard day.
They got the job done. No issues. I recommend them for other people with Volkswagens. They replaced my oil pan. I was foolish and drove it on a dirt road and broke it.... But it's fixed now! Lesson learned! Do not drive a low profile vehicle on a dirt road!
From the 1st day, I was going around looking for a place to have my car Looked at. I saw online mango automotive. And decided to stop by And right away was impressed by Crystal And her knowledge of what was going on. A couple days later made the appointment. Christina was great too, she Walk me through from the beginning to end and explained everything. And she got me a ride home and then came and got me when my car was ready. Luckily, it was just a computer glitch, and they take care of it. I will definitely take any vehicle I have back to them if I have any problems again. Thank you all very much.
