The 4th ave gym is super awesome, perfect and clean or lovely and his people and i apologies for all readers and his people, and what I do was traditional and respectful and just like when we're all younger examples like we were in school times. And I didn't mean to harass women i try to be kind and playful with respect. Thank you all i am so sorry again, if I make people uncomfortable I so sorry. If I go again I can show you all what I am talking about. Like playing sports, with men and women, Thank you all.

Been working out here since the start of my fitness journey love it here! GREAT GYM! Has all the machines i wanted and new ones that I have now added to my workout plan! Environment GREAT! Staff and peeps who workout here are nice! I have had multiple experiences were other gym-goers that have helped me out with my form or spotted me with a lift! Thought I would finally leave a review after lifting here for several years now!

Great environment to train. Its much easier to train hard when your surrounded by strong minded individuals that are striving for their best and taking their training seriously. Staff is always encouraging, helpful, and professional. The equipment is always well maintained and cleaned regularly.

This gym is very good and big, the only problem is that they don't have paper towels to clean the equipment. They have cloth towels, and very few of them. If you pick them up, they're wet and soaked. It's disgusting that even after cleaning, it's still filthy, covered in sweat, just smeared all over the towel. The reason is that there should be one towel per area; they should use paper towels.
