I don't want to rate my service I'd prefer reader too. I dropped my vehicle at accurate after discussing their plan of attack to address my concerns of the rear engine seal leaking on my vehicle. They were to wash down the engine and transmission, add a dye to engine oil and drive it to determine if the leak was from the rear seal. I picked the vehicle up several hours later with the remarks they did not believe it was the seal and proposed a fix to remove and replace oil cooler block gasket, for $561.33 + tax plus oil change for $44.97 + tax. As I was leaving for an overseas trip the next day I declined service, and paid the inspection fee of $82.55 and left.
After returning from trip I inspected the vehicle and found it was never washed down as agreed as part of "Accurate's" inspection service. I washed it down and replaced the $10 gasket and an "O" I had on hand and now approaching 2 months later not one drop of oil has leaked.
What rating should I have given for this service or lack of it?

I can't speak to their work thats why I gave them the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars. The main issue was with a gentleman by the name of Joe who has the worst customer service. The only reason I know his name is due to the front desk clerk who has good customer service and was helpful. He actually came off very rude and when asked a question would only repeat accurate automotive as a response over and over and would hang up without any additional word. Hope you have a better day my good sir and please seek training in customer service and discipline. If the owner would like details feel free to respond and if Joe is the owner ill offer a free 10 min session of customer service training. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Sherri is the best tow truck dispatcher I've dealt with in years. They're a provider for AAA, and I need to get a tow back to the Phoenix area. She first called me within 5 minutes of request at 10:00, and called at 10:30 to say she'd have a truck to me at 12:30 because she already had two trucks out of town. At 12:10, the driver called to say he'll be here at 12:30.
By far the best AAA towing experience over 10 miles I've had in years.

Accurate Automotive Attention was great. This was our first time using their services (AC repair). We now have ice cold AC in our old Blazer working again! The staff was very friendly and quick to get our vechile setup for a diagnostic. I highly recommend this company, they are professional, fast, and fair with pricing. We will be bringing in our other two vehicles soon for AC servicing as well. Thank you guys for the great service and we will see you soon!

We had issues with Triple A when we needed a tow from Yuma to San Diego on Feb 28 2025, but we finally got our issue resolved and Scott was wonderful to work with, efficient and courteous and got us back safely. I definitely recommend working with accurate towing. The owner George was also very courteous and friendly and allowed us to wait in his office for hours before Triple A came up with a solution.
