We called all affordable plumbing after we discovered our water heater was leaking. The owner John came out and stated that it was under warranty he called the company. When we asked about his labor for installation of new one, he was two to $300 higher than other plumbers. So we mentioned that we would install it ourselves. However, he had no proof of purchase. He had the address wrong in his system. So his secretary, changed the date and conveniently changed the date of the invoice so that all of a sudden, when he found out, he wasn’t going to be the installer now all of a sudden Our “under warranty” water heater is no longer “under warranty. “ So his secretary, changed the Address on the invoice As well as the date of service see pictures below for proof.

This is an Airbnb rental so every day with plumbing issues means lost income. I had the same problem come back every time after hiring two other plumbers.
John fixed it immediately. His expertise stood out right away. He quickly identified the root cause and resolved it for good.

Giving All Affordable 5 stars for a job well done. John and Mike were on site repairing our broken drain pipe. On Friday the sub Contractor for Allo, Foremost Splicing went through our sewer line during their installation of lines for Fiber optics. After talking to Trey Mire project Manager for Foremost Splicing they have agreed to pay for the repairs. So after a rocky start, our lines have been repaired. Thank you, John and Mike we appreciate your professional presence. Be sure to Note the picture of the owner (red shirt) in the dirt ensuring that the job was complete. Thank you All Affordable!

2nd opportunity to redeem themselves. Should have known better! Very unprofessional! 2 1/2 week job took 2 1/2 months to complete. Employees blame the owner for being pulled to complete other work. Unreliable! Do not use these guys!

We've used All Affordable Plumbing, Restoration, and Air Conditioning multiple times and they never fail to provide exceptional service! I've used them for air conditioning service and now for plumbing. John was very personable and friendly! I will continue to use their services for years to come!
