Great coach, great class, great environment. I recently moved to Yuma and was really nervous to open myself up to a new gym, but coach Steven really made sure that I felt involved and included in every evolution. Not once have I ever felt left behind or intimidated, truly a great experience.

Okay out of towners.. they have a/c. Dropping in at 5pm in May I was a little terrified of the heat, cuz my home gym doesn't have a/c and the heat here is next level. But when walked in the door the only warmth I felt was the awesome staff and athletes. You could feel a strong community and honestly it makes you wanna come back. Good to see the heart crossfit wherever you travel. Give this gym a go. If you live here I'm sure you'll find a family, if you dropped in like me... you will find a little piece of your home gym right where you need it most. Thanks for being awesome Ruby ❤️ 💙

Right away I was welcomed to the class by Steven, which was great since it was my first experience in CrossFit. I enjoyed the environment and everyone was very friendly.

Today was my first day and i honestly thought it was a great workout Steven was a awesome coach teach’ed me how to do certain workouts and was very calm and cool
