Very disappointed with my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. I had my Camaro repaired here after a not-at-fault accident between 11/8/24 and 11/19/24. Since they were close to base, I decided to go with them, but looking back I regret that choice.
The repairs felt rushed and the quality was poor. There were still Sharpie markings left on the vehicle after pickup, which should have been cleaned off before returning the car. Now in 2026, my front bumper is coming apart, which says a lot about the workmanship.
Communication during the repair process was lacking. I had to repeatedly call for updates because I wasn’t being kept informed. I understand repairs can take time, but better communication would have made a huge difference.
The total repair cost was $8,626.62 through insurance, yet my replacement lights didn’t even work correctly afterward. I brought the vehicle back to address the problem and it still was never properly fixed.
My estimates were written by Eric Estrada. Overall, the experience felt careless and incomplete, and I cannot recommend this location based on the quality of work I received.

I reached out to my insurance requesting a collision repair and I was referred to Gerber Collision. Not even 5 minutes later a representative from Gerber was calling me to book an appointment so they could evaluate my Toyota Camry. Eric was fantastic and walked me through the entire repair process and what the expected timeline would be. The original time of completion was 14 days to my surprise and benefit they were done with my car in half that time. Eric would call me to provide updates on the car every two days which put my mind at ease. Honestly you can’t find that level of customer service anymore!! Once the repair was complete, I got the call and inspected my car and found that Gerber had gone above and beyond everything in my car was perfectly aligned and everything matched. Eric Thank you for going above and beyond and for making this stressful situation easy to navigate! Your commitment to customer satisfaction will have me recommending family and friends to Gerber. Thank you!

Gerber Collision did an excellent job repairing and painting the back Hatch on my wife's car. The entire staff are excellent and easy to work with. Eric did an exceptional job.
