We stopped for gas on our way through Yuma and our car wouldn’t start. Walked next door to Javi’s and they walked across the street diagnosed the issue, went and got the part, and replaced it all while we sat in their air conditioned office. Grateful for their help! Vacation saved.
My 2018 Ram 3500 diesel was experiencing the dreaded DEF system failures. The dealer presented a ridiculous expensive quote. I took it to Javi's Auto and Diesel and was treated with utmost respect by Alisha and owner/operator Javi. I was given several options that were much more reasonable. The truck DEF issues have been rectified and I'm super pleased with my whole experience at Javi's Auto and Diesel in Yuma. They are also a Napa Autocare repair center and offer a 24 month / 40k National warranty on Napa installed parts.
Only thing other bad thing than $200 hour labor, which is insane. Id recommend local mechanics like Johnny Lopez in Somerton, AZ, is the fact that they overprice everything but dont explain the service fee from the get go. They better start offering itemized bills. I got no offer to see one let alone have one with me for my car service history. They take a while as well to finish a simple filter change. Days.
Took my care in they fixed everything the other shop messed up. They took great care of me, and my car. Thank you for getting me on road again. Finally found a shop in town! That's fair, and gets the job done right the 1st time!
