Hands down one of the smoothest service experiences I’ve had. Jose took care of me right away when walking in, kept everything professional, and explained things clearly and offered other related services without any pressure. Just solid service all around. The shop was busy but ran efficiently and in order, which says a lot. Quick, easy, and done right. Definitely earned my business moving forward.

Replaced my trailer tires, told it d be done in 2hrs, nope, I paid for new valve stems, they used three different types and only one had the valve stem cover on, the rest were missing ..

I had a great experience at Pep Boys. My air conditioning suddenly stopped working, so I brought my car in to have it diagnosed. As a young women bringing in my car alone, I really appreciated how kind, professional, and patient everyone was. Juan explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, step by step in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions, provided clear quotes, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated the level of customer service I received and would definitely recommend this Pep Boys location to anyone looking for service.

We got stranded at the far end of the Lowes parking lot due to battery issues. Luckily Pep Boys is right next door! If you know, you know the brutal Yuma heat 🫠we had to walk all the way over to their shop to see if we could get some assistance. Honestly we didn't know what to expect. We figured it wouldn't be easy to have anything done quickly without some type of appointment. HOWEVER, the guys at Pep Boys were extremely helpful. They were kind enough to have someone come with us (on foot, mind you) to pass some current to our vehicle so we could drive it down to their shop and have the battery replaced. Zachary M thank you and sorry you had to suffer the trek with us 🥲 The service was great and everyone was kind and helpful.

I had an appointment at PepBoys to get my tire fixed and it blew on the way there. I had it towed to PepBoys and they took care of my car and put two new front tires on so the tread would wear the same. Thank you so much!
