Clean facilities. Low water pressure. Someone flushes the toilet and showers go down to a trickle. Not much pressure anyway. A 10 minute shower took 30 trying to get the soap and shampoo off. I do appreciate the extra hooks and the chairs in the dressing rooms. I did stop at the desk and voiced my concern. He (I didn't get his name) said it was normal here. There is no water pressure. Thanks for the hair dryers too. EDITED UPDATE.

So much space and was able to complete my workout in ample time without overcrowding! When the city is more populated hard to get into the massage chairs or the hydro beds without a wait! Great space and clean!

Came to this planet fitness since I was in town to see the Yuma airshow. Few things about this planet fitness that I was not expecting is the layout of the gym when you first walk in there’s a big foyer and a table for you to sit at the welcome desk is on the left-hand side where you can scan it with either a key type or a badge, usually there is somebody behind the desk. The locker rooms are very well kept there total of 2 1/2 rows of treadmills a row and a half of ellipticals a few rowing machines and then onto seated workout equipment to free weights to Smith machines to the 30 minute circuit area to the abs area to a 360 X area, there’s also a black card spa holder area so if you have a black card, there’s a special place for you to go for you to get your benefits such as: massage

the coolers are a bit empty. The reason I gave this gym four stars is due to some of the employees. How employees interact with guests is a big portion of my review process. Learning to be open to those whom are different really does matter. Some employees greeted me with a warm and energetic welcome while others ignored me completely, as if I don’t exist Planet fitness yes you are a franchise. However, this is a judgment free zone and that’s what I expect when I come to work out. Other than that the overall experience minus some of the negative things I heard from not only employees but other planet fitness guess the equipment was in immaculate shape. There wasn’t anything broken

Nice clean place to workout. I like the lighting they use it's not too bright since I'm sensitive to bright led lights. Very nice staff

I would give a negative star for the staff if I could. The male trainer yelled at me for cleaning my equipment and the other staff were really weird with me about it. Sorry I know you guys don't ever clean.
