We signed up for termite and bug prevention on a Wednesday, an inspection was done, 3days later a technician came and treated my property inside and outside. It took 4 hours and I felt so bad for the technician Jordan Echandia for having to work hard in the heat outdoors with 98⁰ temperatures.
Jordan was very pleasant and friendly, he was dressed clean and neat, was very professional. He did a very thourgh job and put my property back where it belonged after spraying. Jordan informed us of an issue we had under the house that we would not have known about if he had not needed to go under the house. We are very pleased with his service, hope he continues working with Ram Pest and he is the technician that will be the technician that comes every 3 months to service our home. I don't think I need to say too much. Ram Pest has a near-perfect score amongst hundreds of reviews, and it's not hard to see why . I've been a client for several years and have yet to encounter any issues with their service. Their techs show up on schedule, their pricing is competitive, and they stand by their work. 100% recommended.

We have been using Ram Pest for just under 2 years, excellent communication and service. We own a Park Model and being from Canada, there for only about 5 months. They contact us before schedule service 2x per year, after visitation send report.

Jordan was right on time, very knowledgeable and professional. We had a couple of years had e Ruthie g inspected and treated and paid for the “guarantee”, We noticed some termite tracks on our little metal shed that had not been treated originally and Jordan treated and there was no charge. All of the technicians that have come for inspections and treatments have been super great.
