Walked in and asked if they paint sprinters for a quote and without even looking or asking questions he quoted $25,000 in 30 seconds.
For $35k I can get one brand new that's freshly painted and 0 miles on the odometer.
Tom's Paint and Body down the street quoted the same work and took about an hour preparing an itemized $3,500 quote.
These people are an insurance scam front. They don't want other business.

I had my Lincoln navigator repaired here and they did such an amazing job they communicated and were polite every day especially their secretaries. They were also fair on their price. I would highly recommend them for any body repair really glad I found them when many other businesses wouldn’t even work on the repairs I needed.

I do not recommend this body shop and will not be returning.
I brought my Lexus in to repair a quarter panel and door after a sideswipe. I was quoted about a month for repairs, which seemed a bit long but manageable. At the one-month mark, I called to check on the status and was told my vehicle was ready, pending paperwork from my insurance. The next day, my insurance confirmed everything had been sent over.
However, when I called the shop again, I was told the car was actually not ready due to a “miscommunication.” They then claimed the door latch was broken and needed approval from insurance to replace it. This was frustrating because the door was fully functional when I dropped it off—it only had cosmetic damage.
They gave me another completion estimate of Friday, which then got pushed to Tuesday, and I didn’t actually get my car back until the following Friday. They do not know what they are doing apparently when dealing with Lexus 2024 Tx models, therefore I decided to pick it up and will be taking it to another location. In total, my vehicle was in their shop for about a month and a half.
To make matters worse, the original issue was not properly resolved, and now the door doesn’t open at all. When I picked up my car, the manager, Chris, was rude, raised his voice, and acknowledged that the door had been working before but said they couldn’t fix it.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience—poor communication, extended delays, and worse condition than when I dropped off the vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

I took my 2023 ram pick up to get some damage fixed on it. Literal from the time I got there until the time I left with my truck I had an excellent experience and they did very very good work. I would recommend them to anybody that needs body work done.
